Privacy Policy

Hi, I'm Mason — I run Voicegrams. This is my one-person project, and I'm serious about keeping your information private. Here's exactly what I collect and what I do with it.

What I collect

When you create a Voicegram

• Your voice recording — stored temporarily so I can include it on the postcard and QR code. Deleted after the postcard is mailed (usually within a week).
• Your name — printed on the postcard as the sender.
• Your email — only used if there's a problem with your order. I don't sell it or add you to any mailing list.
• The recipient's name and address — used solely to mail the physical postcard. It's printed on the envelope and nowhere else.
• Your message text — printed on the postcard.

Payment information

Payments are handled by PayPal. I never see or store your credit card number, PayPal password, or financial details. That's entirely between you and PayPal.

When you contact me

If you send me a message through the contact form, I keep your email so I can reply. I don't use it for anything else.

What I don't do

• I don't sell or share your data with third parties — ever.
• I don't run ads, analytics trackers, or data brokers on this site.
• I don't store voice recordings longer than needed to fulfill your order.
• I don't use your information to contact you unless you ask me to.

Cookies

Voicegrams uses minimal technical cookies — just one small cookie to remember your recording session so you don't lose your progress if you close the tab by accident. That's it. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies.

Data retention

• Voice recordings — deleted within 7 days of the postcard being mailed
• Order records — kept long enough to handle any shipping issues or refunds (up to 60 days)
• Contact messages — kept until I've replied, then deleted

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website and stores order data (audio + details) in their KV service. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

• Telegram — I get a message when an order comes in so I can mail the postcard. Telegram Privacy Policy

Your rights

Since I'm a small operation and not a big corporation, I don't have a formal data deletion portal — but just email me at miningmason@icloud.com and I'll delete your voice recording or order data manually. No questions asked.

Children's privacy

Voicegrams is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If I ever need to update this policy, I'll post the changes here with a new "last updated" date. If the changes are significant, I'll try to notify existing customers.
